Ashley, a chef from country Victoria, embarked on a culinary career under the mentorship of Neil Perry at the prestigious two-hatted restaurant, Rosetta, in Melbourne. Her dedication and culinary finesse were further honed during her tenure as the head chef at fine dining venues around Melbourne and country Victoria.
During one of her head chef roles her path intertwined with Wizz, who was the venue manager, setting the stage for their future collaborative endeavours.
